There are editors for swf around that can do more then just that and they let you replace the whole scripting if you like. There are countermeasures but this requires advanced coding. Online gambling games for instance have an outstanding security for flash. You can however block users out of the arcade who have a score that is impossible by placing a htaccess file in the games dir.
