I would like to be able to turn the contact form on, while the board is closed. I think this would be a useful hack for people who want to be able to receive feedback while their boards are being upgraded. I haven't yet opened my board yet, but it's not really new. It's a board that is re-opening under a different name, and it will have new members. I want users of the old board to be able to send me feedback, and apply for moderator posistions using the contact form. Is there anyway to turn it on, and set it up so that someone could enter their e-mail address?
