I see your point. But people can still mess around with vB3, just cant go to vB.org to download any mods, although there are other sites people can go too.

In a sense you have to see the vB.org admins point of view.

If they allow vB3 hacks here then alot of people are going to be installing them, and then the next vB3 release comes out and it would cause all sort of problems with code changes etc, so in a sense it just isnt worth the hassle.

Saying that RC should be out near the end of the month
