As this Gamma version will include the new style and whatnot, has vBulletin.org decided to allow hacks to be released for vB3 from the Gamma stage or are they going to follow with what they said and wait for RC anyway?

(I am aware RC is to be released only a couple of days or so after Gamma, as has been stated in this thread.)
