I have both the problems posted here " No File Specified " and "the blank windows when you go to add category". I have Cleared the database, re-installed three times, did all the fixes posted here,. Still nothing. This is version 2.3.2 on a Windows 2k server. I have checked the permissions on the downloads directory and don't know what else to look at. Could the version of PHP or MySQL have anything to do with it?
