hmm not the full part. i explain it exectly

im housting a mmorpg site and we use the forum for everything. when a char has been invitet in our guild, the moderator should write this "Information" in the "personal dossier" of this user. This information should not be able for the or other user to see this. only usergroups xy and xyz are able too see and write new comments. only the admin is allowed to remove some comments.

The advantage is, that u can make notice of each member and now this for moths ago
