Hey whats up. I just got my board up and running and looking to add 2 hacks if that is the right term.

1. I notice the hack with the box on top of the forums with the Avatar (left) and a welcome message(center) and login option(right). What is it? How can I get it?

2. Adding the login option on the homepage, as well as maybe having the latest post on the main home page. Is this is hack? If so can you show me the way... To the hack.
