eXtremeTim, I am absolutely interested in this. However, I would like it if instead of a staff member, I can specify which usergroup number or numbers is/are exempt.

Also, how about an "Are you sure" option.
In addition, can it be set so Admins can bypass the "exempt" rule.
How about a popup that says it is done rather than opening a whole new page.

If you cannot do this or do not want to can you please post what you HAVE done?
