tell your mod(s) to be good to your members .. simple as that.

if you are a mod that doesn't get a long with my members you simply aren't going to be a mod.. a mod should set an example for the site, and members are what makes the site.

you can start by telling the mod to get along with others or they'll loose their mod rights.. that will work for sure
