Almost forgot..

I have installed over 15-20 hacks so far, plan to do some more hacking in the future as well

Some of the hacks I have installed are listed below..

- Play song to member on forum home on their bday

- Banner Rotation + Modified the scripts variables to make a second system for the footer of the site (so adverts can pick top or bottom, and I can charge them different rates)

-Edit Users Sig (mod/admin)

I have done the following template mods outside of hacks...

-Cathead Mod (list under each section)
-Added an image to encourage people to register
-Custom Registration Fields in postbit
-Postbit layout adjustments

Lots more!

I have also done away with the moderator system, and added my own leadership system

I have changed many of the icons and images that come default, still have some more to change like buttons ect...

Also have added close to 100 smilies!
