I'm interested in seeing how hard it would be to give the end user the option to add one or more tags to his topic title. To many times people have to manually type things like "56.K," "NWS," "Pics," etc.

The person could just type their title into the Subject field, and then maybe click some radio icons or some way of adding however many tags they needed.

How hard would that be to do?
