Just a little feedback:
- For newbies like me, you may want to include a reminder note in the directions to upload the rest of the files other than the vbldir_install.php.
- I wanted to adjust spacing of things in the footer and if possible, you might want to consider one template to run the bottom links and credits. I wanted to remove some breaks to tighten it up a little and found I had to go into a bunch of the other templates to make the same changes across all the Links related pages.
- I found that I could add links through the Admin CP fine but links added from the links page were not showing up on the public pages. I applied MarkB's tweak that corrected the problem found in this post:

Before I handed over this project to Dark_Wizard, this has all been fixed. All it needed was query optimization, which most of it was.

Sorry guys I really don't know whats up with the development of this hack. DW has been doing a good job, I will talk to him about taking re-development of this hack again, he has many great hacks that he MUST focus on to make perfecto, it seems this is just a burden to him (hehe)
