In that section of code find:

coppauser,homepage,

Replace it with:

coppauser,homepage,storep,

Still in that section of code find:

'".addslashes(htmlspecialchars($homepage))."',

Replace it with:

'".addslashes(htmlspecialchars($homepage))."','25',

Then in the code above just replace the 25 with whatever amount of points that you want to give new members.
