Since I don't know how to make a hack and there are alot of great people here who are great at what they do, Im requesting a Webring/Banner exchange hack for both the main site and for the Portal page...

This is what I would think is should do...A member can add a banner and be apart of a webring, in exchange after they fillin the information, they would recieve a code to place on their web site of the webring they are apart of. On my site the banners would rotate and give other members both a visiual and text of the site that are apart of the ring...Hope that made since!!!!....
The program would also keep track of stats from each board, which in return would make a TopSite program or Top 10 Sites as well on my site.......
