I searched but couldn't find this hack.

I hacked, but couldn't find any interest

I did one like this for my 2.2.6 forum, but it's very limited in scope. Searches out the next 10 events that occur within the next 30 days and prints them out in a box called Events Calendar.

1) I called it smallcal.php and I am running it at http://www.bonsaiTALK.com in the left side bar if you want to see it

(That's a non-VB php page, pulling in smallcal.php as a server-side include)

2) Some notes: It does not do birthdays and it will print all events that occur on the last day, even if that pushes the total over 10. It doesn't print day of the week, just the date.

If it looks like something you can use, PM me for the code. sent out instructions to a couple of people so far. No idea if anyone is using it, so I wanted some feedback before trying to formalize it. It's pretty simple but it needs two minor templates and two template mods if you want to use it on a non-vB page.
