Hi,

Im the admin of one of the largest asian forums in the world. Recently we have had a lot of racists joining the forums using proxies. I have a proxy list from vbulletin.com which i have put in my IP ban list but they are using other proxies. So at the moment Ive closed registraions.

Is there any way to check an IP address to see if its a proxy so then I could moderate all registrations?

Any help would be appreciated
