Hi Logican. *waves* I did. Here's my problem... I have the Comunity bulletin hack. For some reason it won't send to all the users that want it and won't recognize different usergroups. I am willing to cut and paste into the CPanel email system, but it won't let me send the html format.

I simply want the CPanel to recognize html. I found this post, but it does not tell me how.
