https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...threadid=48710 may be of some good. If their name's banned, they won't be able to see the forum at all and will assume the forum has been closed.

Also, some time soon I'll be making a hack that adds a member to everyone's ignore list so he'll post away but no one will see him.
