i took a look at it and something eles occured to me....


if your site is defind in your root the it would point them back the www.mysite.ext/index.php,

or if $bburl and $url are the same thing... then it would point them back to the index

this is all that i could think of

your file is right, check to make sure your $url is www.mysite.com/
and $bburl points to your forums
