Photopost is well worth the money, i use it on my sites, intergrates well with vbulletin, and version 4.1.0 has support for vb2.3.2 / 3.0

it also has templates, Micheal P, admin at photopost is working on making the template structure similar to vbulletin, at the moment templates have to be edited by hand using ultraedit or other text base editors.
