i cant seem to get the path for the vbulletin.sql....

what format is this in? is it from where the MasterControl is? from http://www.whatever

You dont insert the command using phpmyadmin, you just upload the .sql file.

As Erwin said, if phpmyadmin times out, use SSH

Also, there was a hack released by N9ne (Called 'Main Control Panel') where you can upload .sql files.
