Is it possible to come up with a way to change the color of the thread starter to match their color when they are posting?

All my moderator's names are a different color. This shows up when they post. But I would like for their threads (that they started) to also show that same color in the Thread Starter column. I can't find any way to do that and I was told to try here to see if it can be done.
