It will be great have hack like that and where mods can choose from list (admin can add new messages templates into that list) topic and post message like:

topic #1 (for deleted threads): your thread deleted by $moderatorname
message#1: your thread deleted by $moderatorname becose of rules violation

topic #2: (for closed threads): your thread closed by $moderatorname
message#1: your thread closed by $moderatorname becose of rules violation but you can edit your message and moderator can open that thread again by your request
