I've been working on a file-gallery (supports images as well an unlimited number of other file-formats) that is integrated with vBulletin 3. I mentioned it a long while ago in a thread somewhere, but now it's getting very close to completion (after some 3+ months of development). My plans for it upon completion are still a bit vague though (whether to release it for sale).
