Oh, sorry, I thought you wanted to use the vB License database. You mean the actual hack that runs it...

Mmm... no one has released one like it yet.

In vB3, you can do a similar thing where people pay money to Paypal, and get promoted to a different usergroup, which gets access to different forums. That is similar I suppose.
