I'm working on a chat hack as well

Guests might see the page as a bit messed up... I'm working on that too

It works with a webmaster.com service and it's IRC. It would be very easy to set the username as login name but I haven't got around doing it yet. All it does now is take the header and footer as well as the fivelinks and it will display you as online while chatting.
