IMO banning all proxies is wrong, just as a proxy user myself

Before you jump to conclusions, at our house we access the Internet via our own home network, then via a broadband network setup to subscribed users...I don't know if they use a proxy server, but I know that we do, not to spoof our IP, just for the other functions of a proxy server
