Check arcade configuration in your admin control panel. The default there says to look for them in the "/games/" directory.... but that's not correct. To get them running, you have to remove that first slash mark (make it "games/" instead). Reupload the swf files using the "new game" or "modify games" part in the admin CP and double check the filenames.... they are totally case sensitive.
