well, proxies are computer that user can use to hide their IP for other computers, so if he is using proxy (which he prolly is cus he keeps logging in) then yer just kinda stuck with him.

I'm sure that there is a hack that will check for proxy use and prevent users from using them to access your site, but I'm not sure if it would be here or not. Do a search for "proxy OR proxies".
