You might be better off posting this help request within the Store's support thread, may come easier then.
That being said, you will also get much quicker help if you can be as detailed in your problem as possible...i.e. What you did, how you did it, at what step you ran into the problem, any specific code listings....etc. etc.
And last but not least, usually when one's screen goes white with a hack it is due to a missing template, or a bad call to a template of some sort. It almost ALWAYS has to do with a template or two.
