vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Min post count/time requirement

Is there a hack that would allow me to set a minimum post number and/or days registered requirement for one forum on my board? I know there are ways to do this globally, but I have a "Soap Box", and I just want to be able to limit quick access, so trolls stop registering just to post in that forum only. If anyone can point me in the general direction of this hack, I'd sure appreciate it.
