What if the guy has a new database name,,?? what program does he use to unzip and edit it.

Go to your old host and connect to your PHPMyAdmin and save all table and strings (once again, if they don't support shell)

Upload it in the new host vis PHPMyAdmin (once again, if they don't support shell)
