Default Minimum Posts to upload attachments?
I'd like to make it impossible to upload ANY filetype unless you have more than 10 posts.

It'd also be nice to not allow unregistered users to use img bbcode at any time.

I found a hack to not allow download, but not upload... help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
