Could you explain why exactly you want to do this? There may be other solutions if you explain it a little more.

Also, assuming you know the webmasters of domains b and c (since you don't own them), one way would be to have a script on them that will insert the posts into their databases that you send there.
The displaying their threads on a page of my choice is required so that i can set up a site specifically designed so that users of other forums can keep updated on what is happening across a selection of forums at one place and, if a topic is of interest to them, rather than having to spend the time going to each forum individually to read through thousands of posts daily, they can get a breakdown on a central location.

I have found one example of this working on boardtracker.com (links to some adult orientated material so havent linked it!)

The part about being able to post from a site owned by me to other forums is to make it easier for people to post to forums where they might have a specific topic they need help with and, rather than posting it on each forum individually, to find the answer to their question faster, they could post to multiple forums at the same time.

Also, the owner of one or more of the domains, some would be known by myself and some wouldnt (just like board tracker, i doubt they know everyone by the amount of boards they have listed) ideally it would be good if nothing was needed to be installed on the domains where either a) The owners are not known by me or; b) The owners are not able to do 'tech' stuff with their forum. This would be the same for both the reviewing threads across multiple boards and also the posting hack.

Lee.
