To spell it out, members at one site get their accounts migrated to another site which they have no wish to belong too. Think this is pretty clearly a breach of common morality and ethics, and possibly illegal.

Your thoughts Talisman, am still trying to find a loop hole in your arguement in the previous post, but seems pretty tight and defiantly gives me some food for thought. Back to you on that one later dude
