My friend is doing something similiar on his flash business layout (but obviously not with pok?mon hehe). He has occasional little dots appear on the pages and if you spot them it adds them to a showcase at the bottom of the screen. And if you get them all which takes about 5-10mins to find 'em you get to play some cool flash games he's developed and have access to some free stuff
