So far I would have to say Pixie Host has been the best host I've been with. I have a pretty active forum (average of 30-50 users online) and have been through quite a few hosts that couldn't handle the server load. So far with Pixie the server load has rarely gone above 1 and there's been very little downtime (it's been at least 99% uptime since I've been with them). Their prices are very reasonable too. I'm paying $35/month for 5gb of storage and 50gb of bandwitdth, plus they include cPanel, unlimited mysql databases, email addresses, FTP accounts, and just about everything.
