Yes, I saw it. There were a couple of reasons I didn't try it.

The first was that it didn't support GIF. I wanted to use gif files as well.
The other reason is that it appeared to be for just loading individuals personal photo (i.e. 1 photo per person). That is not what I was looking for.

What I needed was a program that could

display multiple photos, from multiple members
organize them in an album
allow descriptions and links
allow editing by owner
allow sub-categories

I've still got a ways to go but here is where I'm at so far.
