I miss Roboform though Opera's built in form-filler isn't quite as good. Roboform was wonderful for creating new accounts at sites because I was able to configure it with my default password of choice.

Can't you turn of the forum filler in Opera and still use Roboform, or doesn't it work with Opera? You could still load it with Windows and do it manually using Roboform, couldn't you? I would die without Roboform.
