I found the solution for solving this problem ... and here the solution ...

1) check that how many avatars you have in your forum ?
e.g. lets say we have 49 avatars (( like me )) ..

2) go to vbulletion options in ADMIB CP ... then press (( Avatars )) and then find hight and width ...
just type hight = 7 and width = 7 ...

Because as everyone known .... 7 X7 = 49 ...

3) now go to usercp from the forum ... then go to where you can change the avatar ,,,

you will see all 49 avatars in one page ...

Congratulation ... its works ...

Note : I did it and worked already ...
