Start from scratch, and do what I mentioned above. I had the exact problem, and it works fine now.

i've gone over this installation three times now and read all 64 pages of this thread to try and figure out what i'm doing wrong....it's still not working, nor is it even showing up at all!!

if anyone could please help me out with this directly, i'd greatly appreciate it.
