At the moment my thread gallery (in beta forum) uses the attachment.php to display the images in the gallery, however as it still uses permissions guests can not view the images

.

It was my intension to make a new file "attachment1.php" from the original and deleting the permissions coding so that guests can view pics as well.

Does this break the licence agreement?
