I keep on getting this error.

Database error in vBulletin 2.3.0:

Invalid SQL: SELECT COUNT(*) AS threads FROM thread

WHERE thread.visible=1 AND 1=1 AND NOT (thread.forumid='88') AND thread.lastpost>=1050684545 AND thread.open<>10
mysql error: Can't open file: 'thread.MYI'. (errno: 145)

mysql error number: 1016

I fix it with the repair.php but it keeps coming back? Anyone know why? The only mods i have are:
