The header image goes with the topic of the board. I tried to install a rotating banner hack but the hacker released one with so many bugs it was impossible to make it work. The yellow and purple on the cyctest style were left on purpose because they go with the black and blue scheme. Theres no yellow on the darkbeat 2nd. As for buttons, I didnt give them much thought because on average buttons arent used that much in these forums. The person will navigate through links. More emphasis was put on integrating user friendly hacks like the style change, the store and arcade. Thanks for the comment on the buttons though and I can see your point....looks like Ill have to warm up the Gimp.
