Is it possible to force an activation email to the registered user. For some reason or fault on my server, say the email was not sent after registration, can i force an email to the user , so that he/she can activate his registration and verifiy his registration ??

Is this feature inbuilt already in vB ver2.3.0 ( which i am using for my forums ) ??

If its included, how can i do that ?? If not is it possible to have such a option ??
