vB 2.3.0

Converted the users with no problems and the posts.

The only thing that looks funny in the posts is the way it handles quotes but I can live with that

side note.. the path to your yabb data is relative to the directory the php files are installed.. NOT your home dir i.e. /usr/local/blah/blah
