Hi. I was just wondering if the people with the bigger forums and thousands of members can give some advice as to how you got your forums so popular/visited.

I have a board on my site. It's only got several loyal members who come on and chat a lot. here is the URL:

I really want to get a lot of people to start discussing, but don't know why more don't sign up.

So, do you have any tips/tricks of the trade that you found worked best for you in building your forum?
