Hehe nice idea

Well your header at the top is pretty plain. The giant pixel font on it's own doesn't look good and the change in color in the word 'World' makes it barely readable.

The Home and Forums links aren't aligned very well. Move them up and to the right slightly.

You have times new roman all over the place with the horrible vbportal . Btw i'd reccomend using myvbindex (which is a hack that can be found here) instead of vbportal as it's a lot cleaner code and also performs less queries on your database so its less server intensive

Forums are pretty plain so i can't really say much
