We just started hosting sites at www.thrillnetwork.net, which will cater to regional and specialty thrill seeker sites, where we give them free hosting in return for their active participation in content contribution.

Now, since some will be interested in putting up a forum of their own, and recently one of the members beta testing had installed vBulletin. He wanted help from me, and wanted me to download hacks for him and all. I know downloading hacks brings about an abuse of the License for our copy of vBulletin, but I need to tell this kid that isn't cool (and isn't acepting any reason of mine). Isn't there a page somewhere for both the hacks and for vB's Terms of Use/Licensing itself, and even a way for us to see if his copy of vB is legit or not?

(Side note, I know where vB's is.. I'm looking for vb.org's since I remember seeing one when I signed up here).
