is it possible to hack a template in just one forum?

on my Xbox Vbulletin forum there is one forum dedicated to people that trade games.

i want to standardise the layout and info that people make posts, for example so when they click 'new thread' in the trader forum in the text box the following appears automatically for them

Game:
Original box/manual?:
disc condition:
manual condition:
case condition:
other comments:
for sale or trade?:

then the person initiating the game trade follows these prompts and enters the relevant information.

is that possible?
